ℹ️ About Gateway

The NASCAR Xfinity Series race returns to World Wide Technology Raceway (Gateway) in 2025 after a 15-year absence. This 250-mile race features 200 laps around the unique 1.25-mile egg-shaped oval at Gateway Motorsport Park. The track offers distinct racing challenges with different banking in turns 1-2 (11 degrees) versus turns 3-4 (9 degrees). Fans can watch the race live on The CW network. Gateway has a rich NASCAR history, hosting Xfinity Series events from 1997-2010 with past winners including Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kevin Harvick, and Brad Keselowski. The St. Louis-area facility spans over 200 acres and includes a drag strip, road course, and karting facility alongside the main oval. The track underwent significant renovations after Curtis Francois purchased and reopened it in 2012, including a 2017 repaving project. World Wide Technology Raceway's distinctive layout creates multiple racing lines and passing opportunities, promising competitive racing as drivers adapt to this challenging circuit. The 57,000-seat venue draws strong support from racing fans throughout the St. Louis region. This Gateway event brings NASCAR's talented Xfinity Series drivers back to a track that has produced memorable moments in stock car racing history.
