The event took place at Aruba's Global Cloud Data Center in Ponte San Pietro, Bergamo, Italy, where the team unveiled their striking Ducati Panigale V4R motorcycles. The Aruba.It Racing - Ducati launch featured two-time WorldSBK Champion Alvaro Bautista and 2023 World Supersport Champion Nicolò Bulega, who enters his second year with the team after an impressive rookie season.
The team presented their Ducati Panigale V4 R motorcycles, which feature a 998 cc V4 engine producing over 235 bhp. These motorcycles include aluminum front frames, Öhlins suspension, and Brembo braking systems. The Aruba.It Racing - Ducati launch also introduced the new factory MXGP team, also sponsored by Aruba.it and run by Maddii Racing.
Ducati Corse General Manager Gigi Dall'Igna stated the team aims to reclaim the riders' world title in the upcoming WSBK season. The Aruba.It Racing - Ducati partnership began in 2015, and Ducati has secured 17 Manufacturers' titles and 14 Riders' titles throughout their WSBK history.
The 2025 WSBK calendar includes 12 rounds at circuits like Phillip Island, Assen, and Donington Park. The Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary joins as a new addition to the championship. Fans will see Bautista competing for his third title while Bulega builds on his strong rookie performance where he finished as runner-up in the 2024 championship.
